If you cannot attend on your allocated date then please arrange a swop and update the sheets in the clubhouse
Please let Desiree know if one of your cleaning team doesn't attend.
Please place cuttings straight into the skip not Green bin as too heavy.. No Hook Bowling club member should operate any machinery on their own., All operators must have their team partner with them at all times, Do not mow if grass is icy, very wet or any condition that could cause an accident. Mowing can be done on any day within the weekend that is agreed with your partner.

Duties change over on Mondays, Monday is the day to change the Rink markings
Bin Dates are the dates the bins are to be put by the main gate
(Gates open - leave under the trees, Gates closed - Leave outside in the middle of the gates)
If you cannot cover your designated duty dates please attempt to swap with another key holder. If you cannot swap please contact Chris Vickers to arrange an alternative plan
Bar Schedule
NB - Anyone with a stockroom key can open the bar within licencing hours.
